Nicely located to Kandy city, and very easy to get around. Stayed for few days and rooms are very good plus they have free WiFi etc. Staffs and manager are very helpful. Easy walk towards kandy lakes. Rooms are very reasonably priced.

Most staff friendly and helpful The hotel should have closed to do the renovation. It was dirty, dusty, and walls in rooms mouldy. The bathroom smelt of sewage. Claimed they didn’t charge us for meals but breakfast was supposed to be included in the price. Tried to give the driver a store room to sleep.

Was visiting Kandy with a foreign friend. Needed a place to stay close to Kandy City. Access ok tuk tuk driver lives across the hotel or in the hotel. Breakfast was good and lady at the kitchen was extremely hard working to please the guests. Making tea and food. We ordered vegetarian but she had prepared chicken for us. Promptly made vege dishes for us. Parking is available – can be rare at the location. Can take tuk tuk or walk to near by recruitments. Good Wifi. Good value for money. Mostly helpful staff. Staff wanted us to checkout early in the morning saying they have guests. Afte saying we need to come back and have a bath (after visiting Temple and Kandy city) the staff member stopped trying to check us out (he wanted to get all the bags in to a room and get the keys so new guests can use our rooms). But after saying no - he gave up and was nice to us after. The view is not good - but was not expecting the view to be good anyway. Pictures can be misleading - cannot see the lake from here.

Just an average place to stay also cheaper place and what u get is what you are paying for. Nothing great like some of the reviews have stated. I’m surprised by other reviews. The room was having fungal patch everywhere though the toilet was clean and u get hot water continuously There was no blanket (when I asked for it they gave me a bedsheet) and Air condition wasn’t working my room though for the amount I paid that was ok coz it was anyway too cold in kandy during Nov due to rainy season so A/C wasn’t required anyway there was fan which was working TV also worked though u have to struggle to on it I booked coz it was near to my work place and I just needed a place to sleep so I booked it and the purpose is served but I’m sure u can better place for the same price at kandy The breakfast was simple but quite good I generally like bread, coconut sambol and dhal curry an typical Sri Lankan food

Yes it is not an expensive place yet it could be much better... We had a basic room with a window to a wall... no view (maybe there are better rooms at that place). Breakfast was very basic. The location is Ok if you want and can going down hill to the lake is nice (about 10-15 minutes on the road. The owner is very friendly. Bottom line we got what we paid for not more.
